Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPN65 website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what information is processed, why it is processed, and what users can do. Third-party payment pages and external platforms follow their own policies; please review their terms before visiting those pages.

Account Information and Order Records

VPN65 accounts can be created with a username and password, without an email address. Providing an email is not a condition of registration, and an email is not required as account information. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, and login credentials to identify accounts, maintain login sessions, and manage subscription access.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction reference information, and refund processing records. These are used to provide subscriptions, verify payment results, and handle disputes. Subscription status and cumulative data usage are used for billing and quota management. When users submit a support ticket, this service also processes the issue description and attachments they provide. Please do not submit passwords, login credentials, or complete subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics

VPN65 follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through its subscription services, store browsing histories, lists of destinations, or message contents, or persist connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Cumulative account data usage is used to measure quotas and does not include destinations or content.

While the service is running, it may briefly process network status and error information needed to establish a connection. This information is used only to complete data transmission and diagnose problems, then released when processing is complete; it is not retained as an individual's connection history. Website login security and order audit records are account management information and are not linked to browsing destinations. Troubleshooting does not require collecting browsing content.

Site Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser categories, and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to website interactions and are not used to analyze browsing activity within subscription connections. Avoid including passwords or subscription credentials in URLs, support tickets, or analytics fields.

Cookies may be used to identify sessions and perform necessary security checks. Local storage is used to save interface state, such as login credentials and language preferences. Users can restrict cookies or clear website storage in their browser settings, but doing so may log them out or require them to select their preferences again. After using a shared device, log out and clear local data as needed.

Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures

VPN65 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider. This service receives only the payment result and transaction reference information needed to verify an order, and does not ask users to enter payment account passwords on VPN65 pages. How a third party handles transaction information is governed by its privacy policy and actual payment process.

Account information is not sold or provided to advertisers for personal browsing profiles. Information is processed or disclosed only as necessary to provide the service, process payment refunds, maintain account security, or meet applicable legal obligations. Access to information is restricted. Bank-level encryption is a measure for protecting data in transit; it does not replace the user's responsibility to safeguard account credentials.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained as required to complete transactions, handle disputes, and comply with applicable laws. Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for analysis, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Different types of information have different retention grounds; no single deletion date is promised, and data is not retained indefinitely for purposes unrelated to its original use.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account information through support tickets. Account ownership must be verified before processing, and verification is limited to what is necessary. Deletion may affect login and subscription access. Records that must be retained by law or due to an unresolved transaction will have their use restricted, and the reason they cannot yet be deleted will be explained. Clearing browser storage does not delete a server-side account.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When this policy changes, VPN65 will publish an updated version on this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes to the scope of collection, processing purposes, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where applicable rules require separate consent, it will be obtained as required.

Questions about data use, retention grounds, or the outcome of a request can be submitted through a user panel support ticket. Describe the relevant page and issue; there is no need to include sensitive credentials. For service conditions and refund rules, see the Terms of Service.
